Refund policy

I generally do not refund.

PLEASE READ:

10 days warranty on our badge.
If you have any issues at all with your order, please reach out to us via messages. We strive to provide exceptional customer service! If your badge reel breaks within 5 days of your order, we will send you a replacement. A photo of the damaged reel must be sent to us in order to receive a replacement.

Clay and Acrylic are fragile, these will break if dropped, banged, knocked on hard surfaces, exposed to extreme temperatures, I will not send you a replacement.

The following are NOT covered under warranty. No refund or exchange will be offered to the below, NO EXCEPTIONS.
• ALL Custom orders
• Colour Variations in vinyl, clay, picture vs actual item
• Orders that arrive late due to orders that arrive late due to shipping delays or incorrect address by customer.

Please note, all items may not be available for exchange.

All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS.
